This form starts with a free fit review.

We use your enquiry to decide whether TK Counsel can assist and what scope is appropriate. Submitting it does not guarantee a lawyer call and does not include substantive legal analysis. If your matter is accepted for the standard Case Assessment, the fee is 150 GEL and is paid before legal work begins.

Standard-scope matters

Case Assessment

A focused legal assessment, not just a timed call.

150 GEL

paid after acceptance, before legal work begins

The standard Case Assessment covers one defined legal issue of ordinary complexity.

  • 30-minute consultation with a TK Counsel lawyer
  • Review of your submitted facts and limited supporting material
  • Focused legal research on the agreed issue
  • Written Preliminary Case Assessment sent by email
  • Practical options, key risks, and recommended next steps
How it starts: submitting the enquiry below is free. We first confirm whether TK Counsel can assist and whether the matter fits the standard assessment. A consultation is not guaranteed simply because an enquiry was submitted.
Complex matters: substantial document review, multiple unrelated legal issues, urgent work, or unusually complex matters may require a custom scope and fee. We will tell you before substantive work begins, and no additional fee is charged without your approval.
When the assessment ends: the written Preliminary Case Assessment completes the initial Case Assessment service. We can answer reasonable clarification questions about that assessment, but new facts, new documents, new legal questions, additional research, implementation, or representation may require a separate scope and fee agreed before further legal work begins.

Frequently asked questions

Does contacting you create an attorney-client relationship?

No. Submitting a free enquiry does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. If TK Counsel accepts the matter, the terms that apply to the paid Case Assessment or any broader engagement are confirmed before substantive legal work begins.

Do you advise on law outside Georgia?

We specialize in Georgian law and local procedures. We do not provide advice on the laws of other countries unless explicitly agreed in a written engagement.

How quickly will you respond to my inquiry?

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on business days. For urgent matters, please indicate this in your message and we will prioritize accordingly.

How much does the initial Case Assessment cost?

For standard-scope matters, the Case Assessment fee is 150 GEL and is paid after TK Counsel accepts the enquiry and before substantive legal work begins. It includes a 30-minute lawyer consultation, focused legal research on the agreed issue, and a written Preliminary Case Assessment by email. Substantial document review, multiple unrelated legal issues, urgent work, or unusual complexity may require a custom quote, which we confirm before starting that additional work.

Is every enquiry automatically accepted for a Case Assessment?

No. We first review the enquiry to confirm that TK Counsel can assist, that the requested work is within our practice and appropriate for us to take on, and whether it fits the standard Case Assessment. If we cannot assist, or if a different scope is required, we will tell you before any paid legal work begins.

What if my matter involves many documents?

The standard 150 GEL Case Assessment includes only limited supporting material for one defined legal issue of ordinary complexity. If meaningful advice requires substantial document review, we will propose a custom scope and fee before that additional work begins. No additional fee is charged without your approval.

What happens after I receive the written Preliminary Case Assessment?

The written Preliminary Case Assessment completes the initial Case Assessment service. We can answer reasonable clarification questions about that assessment, but new facts, new documents, new legal questions, additional research, implementation, or representation may require a separate scope and fee agreed before further legal work begins.
